]]> I have found an effective solution to any motivation problems I may have from working at home. It is so easy to over-work when you are your own boss so I now have a man outside my window who tells me when to stop by flashing his sign at me.

Similarly, when I am in danger of turning into a couch-potato, he turns his little sign round and gives me the single to go.

I think everyone should have a man like this:


Pity they are digging up the road outside my house too but, when they have finished, I might ask the man with the sign to stay on.
