Eve Arnold (1912 – 2012)

The great American photojournalist Eve Arnold has died just a few months before her 100th birthday. She took many great photographs but I shall always remember her as the woman who captured whatever there was to capture of the real Marilyn Monroe. There are some wonderful colour photographs but these monochrome classics will do as a suitable memorial for both great women.
