It has been an interesting week for anyone interested in the sordid careers of former governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, former Managing-director of the International Monetary Fund, Dominique Strauss-Kahn and failed Royal Bank of Scotland boss (Sir) Fred Goodwin.
