Back from Paris to Lewes

Yesterday I left a rainy Paris and arrived in a rainy England but when I got home to Lewes, I had the pleasure of seeing my good neighbour, the prehistoric Brach Mound with its haircut completed.

Now you can see its distinctive shape again and wonder about those Bronze Age warriors up their manning their defences.

I was also greeted by the first full flush of Spring flowering bulbs. If my garden had been there during the Bronze Age then those warriors would have had a great view of my bulbs.
